The MDPH Office of HIV/AIDS provides a variety of services, ranging from prevention and education to HIV antibody counseling and testing, client services, health and support services. Through partnerships with community-based agencies, that emphasize commitment to the importance of multicultural health, the Office is able to maximize the public's access to services that significantly improve the quality of life for people with HIV and AIDS, and their families.
The Office of HIV/AIDS programs and dedicated employees strive to promote full access to services for persons most at risk for HIV infection, and those living with HIV/AIDS.
