Single copies of all titles are available to individual residents except for those titles that are marked "For health care professionals only."

Health and social service providers can order bulk quantities except for materials where limits are noted.

Health-care professionals and health educators wishing to order bulk quantities of materials for distribution to consumers are encouraged to use the downloadable order form and fax or mail it to the Clearinghouse. This form must be viewed through Adobe Reader which can be downloaded now for free.

Individuals who wish to order single copies of materials for their own use may do so through the Clearinghouse consumer information line. This tri-lingual (English, Spanish and Portuguese) line provides residents of Massachusetts with an easy-to-use menu through which they may request information on one or several health topics with a single phone call.

TTY Callers who are deaf or hearing-impaired can request health promotion information via the Clearinghouse TTY (617-536-5872).
